If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled service you will be charged 50% of the price of service booked. Any no shows on the day of appointment will be charged 100% of the price of service booked. If you are 15+ minutes late with contact we may need to adjust the service you are receiving or reschedule for a later date to accommodate for the time needed. If you are 15+ minutes late without contact you will be considered a no show and charged 100% of the service booked. 72 hours no refund on deposit If 2 consecutive appointments are cancelled any future bookings will require a non refundable deposit of 50% of the desired service. After 3 consecutive cancellations you will be blocked from booking appointments through my website and will have to contact me directly to book an appointment.
